Summary

Distinct staining of extracellular matrix in several malignant tissues, virtually no staining in other cellular compartments.Cases of hepatocellular carcinomas displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity while fractions of cells in renal cancers showed nuclear positivity. Malignant cells in general were negative.A few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal, breast, testicular and urothelial cancers along with occasional cases of renal cancers and malignant melanomas showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were negative.
