Summary

Most tumor types displayed some cases with moderate cytoplasmic staining, however, many cases were negative. Some liver cancers and a few stomach and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Liver cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A majority of colorectal and several cases of endometrial, lung, stomach and pancreatic cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.A majority of liver and several endometrial, ovarian, pancreatic, gastric and lung cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
