Summary

A majority of malignant cells exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nucleolar immunoreactivity. Most cases of malignant gliomas, lymphomas, ovarian and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.Squamous cell carcinomas of skin along with several squamous cell carcinomas of uterine cervix, lung, head and neck displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. One case of urothelial cancers exhibited moderate staining. Other malignant tissues were negative.
