Summary

Strong positive staining in tumour stroma of all carcinomas.Among tumors, moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in malignant melanomas and in some malignant gliomas, endometrial cancers and renal cancers. Other malignant tissues were in general negative.Melanomas, lymphomas, renal, thyroid and endometrial cancers along with a few cases of gliomas, lung, ovarian and squamous cell carcinomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were mainly negative.
