Summary

Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in several cases. Many gliomas, lymphomas, testicular, prostate and liver cancer were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. A majority of gastric, colorectal, breast and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
