Summary

Most tumors showed weak cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in for examples prostate and colorectal cancers. Most malignant tissues were negative except a few cases of cervical, prostatic and testicular carcinomas as well as melanomas which showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data
