Summary

Colorectal, pancreatic and malignant melanomas showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining tumor cells were generally negative.A majority of malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in few colorectal- and thyroid cancers.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
