Summary

Colorectal and thyroid cancers as well as most ovarian, breast, cervical, stomach and pancreatic cancer showed moderate to strong immunoreactivity. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in a few cases. A majority of the remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.Several hepatocellular carcinomas as well as fractions of cases in pancreatic and urothelial cancer were strongly stained. Cases of prostate cancers and a few melanomas, colorectal and testicular cancers showed moderately positivity. Remaining cancers were in general negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
