Summary

Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of cervical, skin, testicular and urothelial cancers were negative. Most cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Prostate cancers along with several duct carcinomas of breast and a few hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Malignant lymphomas along with most malignant gliomas, testicular cancers, squamous and basal cell carcinomas were negative.Testicular cancers along with several cases of colorectal, prostate, cervical, pancreatic and renal cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear or membranous positivity in few cases. Other malignancies were in general weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
