Summary

The majority of malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and sometimes membranous staining, although most malignancies displayed occasional strongly stained cases e.g. colorectal, testicular, urothelial and skin cancers.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Strongest staining was observed in breast and urothelial cancers. Several malignant lymphomas, melanomas and renal cancers were negative. Most of the malignant cells exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Occasional cases of testicular cancers showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Some cases of gliomas, lymphomas and lung cancers were negative.
