The overall cancer tissue staining statistics shows the fraction of patient samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right), using all the available antibodies to the protein targets encoded by this gene. For each cancer, the staining for each available antibody is reported as the fraction of samples with strong, moderate, weak or no staining (as described by the color-coding scale in the box to the right). The lenght of the bar represents the number of patient samples analysed (max=12 patients). By clicking on a cancer tissue, the detailed staining data for that cancer is available, including annotated images.
At the bottom of this page, a summary for the cancer staining for each antibody is given, together with the immunohistochemistry validation score for that antibody.
Most malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Several pancreatic, urothelial and thyroid cancers were strongly stained. A majority of malignant lymphomas, skin, testicular and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most of the malignant tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several prostate cancers and a few liver cancers were strongly stained. Malignant lymphomas and cervical cancers along with several malignant melanomas, lung and urothelial cancers were weakly stained or negative.
