Summary

Seminomas and several cases of malignant carcinoids, colorectal and breast cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Other malignancies were weakly stained or negative.A majority of malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.Several cases of colorectal cancer, seminomal testis cancer, malignant lymphoma and malignant glioma along with a few cases of breast and urothelial cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining malignant cells were negative or weakly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
