Summary

Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear membrane positivity. Several cases of melanomas and thyroid cancers along with a few cases of skin and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. A majority of lymphomas were negative. Most malignancies showed weak to moderate nuclear membrane positivity.A majority of malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong immunoreactivity of nuclear membranes. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas and testicular cancers were negative.Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear membranous and nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Most of the thyroid, head and neck cancers along with cases of melanomas, lung, skin, colorectal and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. Majority of the cases of testicular, urothelial and prostate cancers were negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
