Summary

Most malignant cells displayed moderate to strong immunoreactivity in cytoplasm and nuclei. A majority of prostate, cervical and liver cancer were weakly stained or negative.Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with nuclear and membranous positivity in many cases. A single case of renal cancer and duct carcinoma of breast was strongly positive. Several cases of malignant lymphomas, stomach, pancreatic, skin and cervical cancers were negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
