Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several tissues. Occasional nuclear staining was observed in thyroid, urothelial, pancreas and liver cancers. A few cases of pancreatic, gastric, breast, prostate, ovary and lung cancer were strongly stained. Most of the malignant melanomas, malignant lymphomas and skin cancers were negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in occasional cases of breast and prostate cancers. Cholangiocarcinomas, colorectal, prostate and pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of ovarian and gastric cancers exhibited luminal membranous staining. Several cases of malignant gliomas, testicular, renal, skin and lung cancers were negative.
