Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Several malignant gliomas were negative. Most cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, often with a granular pattern. Several hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid along with a few malignant lymphomas and gastric cancers were strongly stained. Several malignant gliomas were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
