The detailed cancer page shows images of the annotated, immunohistochemically stained samples from the selected cancer. The bars under antibody staining represent the fraction of samples with different levels of antibody staining. The check box can be clicked to select the cancer images with the corresponding annotation. The intensity and quantity of the staining, as well as the annotated localisation, can be viewed in a similar manner.
If any check boxes have been selected, the cancer images fulfilling the criteria will be marked with a purple frame. The cancer images are clickable for an enlarged view. The selected image can be panned and all other stained samples from the same cancer are shown as miniature images. The selected miniature image has a green overlay. Images fulfilling the selected staining/intensity/quantity/location criteria will be marked with a purple overlay.
