Summary

Malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Several malignant gliomas and a few cases of urothelial and renal cancers were strongly stained. Many cases of malignant carcinoids and renal cancers were negative. Most malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Malignant gliomas and a few cases of endometrial and ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Several malignant lymphomas and prostate cancers were negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
