Summary

Most of the malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity with additional nuclear staining in many cases. A few cases of urothelial, renal and liver cancers exhibited strong staining. Malignant lymphomas along with several cases of malignant gliomas, melanomas, lung, cervical and breast cancers were weakly stained or negative.A majority of squamous cell carcinomas in skin, colorectal and urothelial cancers along with a few cases of malignant melanomas, testicular and liver cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
