Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in a majority of malignancies. Several malignant lymphomas and a few cases of colorectal cancer were strongly stained. A majority of malignant gliomas, testicular and renal cancers were negative.Malignant cells were generally negative. Malignant lymphomas and a few cases of colorectal, breast and prostate cancers were moderately stained.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
