Summary

Basal cell carcinomas along with a few cases of cholangiocarcinomas, malignant lymphomas, breast, prostate, ovarian and colorectal cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.Cases of non-Hodgkins lymphomas and lung cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity while a few seminomas showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
