Summary

Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining with additional membranous positivity in several tissues. Majority of the cases of lymphomas, gliomas, testicular, renal, endometrial and cervical cancers were weakly stained or negative.Several cases of colorectal, pancreas, stomach and urothelial cancers along with a subset of tumor cells in papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Few cases of breast, prostate, ovarian, cervix and testis cancers displayed strong positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
