Summary

Most malignant cells showed a similar staining pattern as their normal counterparts, often strong cytoplasmic positivity. Lymphomas were mainly negative. Most malignant tissues showed similar staining as their normal counterparts. Occasional cases of breast and testicular cancer showed strong staining. Most cases of malignant melanoma, lymphoma and lung cancer were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells displayed moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Several hepatocellular carcinomas, renal cell carcinomas, lung, pancreatic and breast cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Malignant lymphomas were in general negative.
