Summary

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining most malignant tissues. Renal cancers were virtually negative.Tumor tissues showed cytoplasmic and often membranous staining which varied greatly in intensity pending from negative to strong. Strongest staining in malignant lymphomas, liver, urothelial, pancreatic stomach and renal carcinomas.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
