Summary

Most of the malignant cells showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Colorectal and liver malignancies showed several strongly stained cases. Skin cancers, malignant lymphomas and melanomas were in most cases weakly stained or negative.Malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few cases of gastric, cervical and testicular cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas were generally negative. Most malignancies showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A majority of testicular cancers and several malignant lymphomas and colorectal cancers were strongly stained.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
