Summary

Malignant cells mainly displayed cytoplasmic and nuclear staining of variable intensity. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas, testicular, colorectal and urothelial cancers along with malignant glioma. Renal, pancreatic and skin cancers were generally weakly stained or negative. Most of the malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which in many cases was combined with additional nuclear staining. Many malignant gliomas as well as cases of malignant lymphomas and urothelial cancers were negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
