Summary

Most malignant tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Malignant gliomas were weakly stained or negative.Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in colorectal, breast and ovarian cancer as well as a few cases of cervical, endometrial and liver cancers. Prostate cancer and several cases of pancreatic, gastric, testicular, urothelial and thyroid cancer were moderately stained. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.A majority of cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and sometimes nucleolar positivity. Thyroid cancers and a few colorectal and prostate cancers were strongly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
