Summary

Malignant cells showed a variable staining pattern. A few cases of pancreatic cancers displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Many cases of squamous cell carcinomas, colorectal and breast cancers along with a few cases of prostate, urothelial, renal and pancreatic cancers expressed moderate staining. Remaining malignant cells were either negative or weakly stained.Malignant tissues generally showed weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity or were negative. Moderate staining was observed mainly in breast and ovarian cancers.

Validation

Uncertain: The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern partly consistent with characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein chara
Uncertain: One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
