Summary

General cytoplasmic staining in all malignancies at variable intensity. Strong staining in several cases of colo-rectal cancers, malignant gliomas and melanomas. Staining pattern was often granular and dot-like.Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear positivity in several cases. Strong positivity was observed in several cases of malignant glioma, colorectal, ovarian, pancreatic and breast cancers. In general, malignant cells displayed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Several cases of colorectal, breast, prostate and ovarian cancers showed moderate immunoreactivity.
