Summary

Most cancer tissues were negative. Few cells in rare cases of embryonal carcinomas of testis displayed moderate nuclear staining.Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas of cervix and embryonal carcinomas of testis showed moderate to strong nuclear staining. Few cases of duct carcinomas of breast, colorectal, urothelial and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
