Summary

Malignant melanomas and thyroid cancers along with several malignant gliomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, urothelial, endometrial, colorectal, pancreatic and renal cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. A few ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Remaining malignant cells were in general negative.Malignant melanomas, colorectal and breast cancers along with several skin, malignant gliomas, pancreatic, endometrial, urothelial and cervical malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Other malignant cells were in general weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
