Summary

A few liver cancers and stomach cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining malignant tissues were negative. Most breast, renal and cervical cancers as well as several colorectal, ovarian, pancreatic and liver cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
