Summary

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and occasional membranous positivity was seen in most malignant cells.Tumor tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Additional luminal membranous staining was expressed in colorectal, testicular and thyroid cancers. Prostate and stomach cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
