Summary

Most of the tumour cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous positivity was observed in a few cases of endometrial, pancreatic and stomach cancers. Many adenocarcinomas of cervix, gliomas, lymphomas, prostate, breast, endometrial and renal cancers were negative.Several cases of ovarian, liver and endometrial cancers showed weak to moderately cytoplasmic positive. Remaining tumour cells were in general negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
