Summary

Most malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Colorectal cancers along with occasional cases of malignant melanomas and seminomas of testis displayed strong immunoreactivity. Renal cancers and most cases of malignant gliomas and lymphomas were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
