Summary

Several endometrial and ovarian cancers along with a few cases of lung, skin and urothelial cancers exhibited moderate to strong membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.A single case of breast and testicular cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of breast and a few ovarian and stomach cancers showed weak to moderate staining. Moderate nucleolar staining was observed in a rare case of urothelial cancer. The rest of the cancers were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
