Summary

Most malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining combined with nuclear positivity in fractions of cases. A few cases of ductal breast carcinomas, prostate and renal cancers showed strong positivity. Most skin cancers and testicular seminomas as well as several cases of malignant lymphomas and cervical cancers were negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
