Summary

Several cases of colorectal cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic, membranous and nucleolar staining. A few cases of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix, testis cancers along with occasional cases of malignant melanoma exhibited moderate to strong nucleolar positivity. Remaining malignant tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
