Summary

The majority of the malignant cells showed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in a few cases. Several malignant glioma, ovarian and renal cancer showed strong nuclear staining. Most malignant melanomas, lung and skin cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
