Summary

Tumour tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Nucleolar staining was observed in a few cases of melanoma and breast cancer. Occasional cases of thyroid, prostate, ovarian and skin cancers were strongly stained. Many cases of lymphomas, renal, liver and cervical cancers were negative.Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most tumour tissues. Several cases of squamous cell carcinomas, gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
