Summary

Nuclear staining in several cases of most malignancies, intensity was pending between weak and strong. Strong staining in a few cases of malignant carcinoid, ovarian and renal cancers. Breast, thyroid, pancreatic and liver cancers were virtually negative.Moderate cytoplasmic staining in almost all malignant tissues Additional nuclear staining in several cases. Most squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Most prostate cancers were weakly stained.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
