Summary

Malignant cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Hepatocellular carcinomas were strongly stained. Several renal cancers were negative.A majority of cervical and colorectal cancers as well as several malignant lymphomas, cervical, endometrial, gastric and ovarian cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
