Summary

Malignant cells showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity combined with cytoplasmic staining in fractions of cases. Most of the malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A few endometrial and colorectal cancers were strongly stained. A majority of malignant gliomas and hepatocellular carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding dissimilar or partly similar staining patterns and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or only limited gene/protein characterization data
