Summary

Many cases of breast, prostate, malignant melanomas, urothelial and lung cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining tumors were generally negative.A majority of malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining often with a granular pattern. Renal carcinomas were negative. Cholangiocarcinomas were in general strongly stained whereas hepatocellular cancers were negative. Malignant cells generally displayed moderate or strong cytoplasmic staining. Most malignancies exhibited weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Several breast and liver cancers displayed moderate positivity.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are consistent with gene/protein characterization data
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein
