Summary

Cancer tissues in general were negative.Malignant melanoma, malignant glioma, skin and urothelial cancers as well as a majority of cases of most other cancers were weakly stained or negative. A few cases of most cancers showed moderate to strong luminal membranous positivity. Few cases of malignant tumours showed strong cytoplasmic positivity, e.g. lymphomas, testis, lung, breast, prostate, endometrial and renal carcinomas. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative.

Validation

Uncertain: The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for at least one of the genes whereas any of the other genes has no available gene/protein characterization data or is contradicted by gene/protein
Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
Supportive: Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar staining patterns which are consistent with available gene/protein characterization data
