Summary

Most breast cancers, hepatocellular carcinomas and malignant gliomas as well as several malignant melanomas and renal cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining malignant cells were mainly negative.A fraction of tumor cells in several renal cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A few malignant gliomas and breast cancers were weakly stained. Remaining malignant cells were negative.

Validation

Uncertain: Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
