Summary

Malignant cells showed weak to moderate nuclear and occasional cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of malignant melanoma exhibited strong nuclear positivity. Several cases of malignant glioma, lymphoma and renal cancers were negative. Many cases of colorectal cancers along with a few cases of liver, gastric, renal, testicular, prostate and cervical cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous or nuclear staining in occasional cases. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or generally negative.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
