Summary

Rare nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity were seen in cases of lung, malignant gliomas and prostate cancer. Remaining malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in malignant lymphomas and tumors of cervix, pancreas, stomach, testis and ovary. Remaining malignant tissues were in general negative. The majority of malignant tissues were unstained. A weak to moderate cytoplasmic and in some cases also nuclear positivity was found in several malignant tissues. Rare lymphomas and testicular tumors displayed strong immunoreactivity.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern which is partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
Two (or more) antibodies yielding partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with gene/protein characterization data or consistent with limited gene/protein characterization data
