Summary

Most malignant tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, often accompanied with nuclear staining. Most malignant cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in malignant lymphomas, most colorectal cancers along with several lung, urothelial and pancreatic cancers.Malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, often accompanied with weaker nuclear staining.

Validation

Two (or more) antibodies yielding similar or partly similar staining patterns which are partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
The multi-targeting antibody yielding a staining pattern consistent with gene/protein characterization data for all of the genes
