Summary

The majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, renal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas and several malignant melanomas were negative.Thyroid cancers and several hepatocellular carcinomas displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several lung cancers along with a few ovarian, testicular and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained. Remaining malignant cells were mainly negative.

Validation

One antibody yielding a staining pattern and there is no available gene/protein characterization data or the staining pattern is partly consistent with or contradicted by limited gene/protein characterization data
